Located above the wave pool in East Marion Park is an enclosed building with restrooms, kitchen, heating, air conditioning and is handicap accessible. The room is 24ft by 32 ft. and there are tables and chairs stored in the back room for renter use. 16 eight foot tables with seating for approximately 125. The kitchen has a sink, stove, refrigerator and microwave but no kitchen utensils, dishes, or pots & pans are provided - you must bring everything you need for your event. The renting party is responsible for the setting up and tearing down of all tables and chairs used.
